●Equipped with a 4.3-inch touch-screen control panel and bilingual menus in Chinese and English.
●Adopting fully digital DSP programming design and dual-channel signal detection circuit integration technology, it features high sensitivity and strong anti-interference capability.
●Signal processing is automatically calculated by digital chips, enabling rapid automatic learning to obtain the optimal detection phase. It can store and memorize 100 types of products, offering stability and reliability.
●It has an automatic learning function based on product effects. For example, products containing sugar and foods with salt content, such as meat products, will generate signals similar to those of metals when passed through the metal detector. This effect can affect the detection results. This function can automatically reduce the product effect to achieve the best results.
●The entire machine frame is made of 304 stainless steel through laser cutting and welding technology as well as sandblasting process. It is equipped with food-grade white PVC or PU belts, Japanese brand bearings and non-metallic rollers of Ф60mm without metal contamination. It also uses Japanese Samsung synchronous belts and Zhongda brand motors.
●Detection alarm method: Buzzer alarm/shutdown, with excellent anti-vibration capability. Collisions and impacts will not trigger false alarms.
