Scope of Application:

1、It can be used for detecting broken needles in items such as knitted fabrics, clothing, socks, bedding, leather, and shoe materials, etc., which are thin and small. It can quickly and accurately locate the broken ends of the iron needles.

2、It can be used for inspecting ferromagnetic impurities in clothing and accessory items such as hardware buttons. The high sensitivity is equivalent to the so-called 8-10 level, and the low sensitivity is equivalent to the 5-8 level needle detection (high sensitivity for detecting 0.5-0.8mm is suitable for textile inspection, and low sensitivity for detecting 0.9-1.2mm is suitable for low-demand metal buttons, zippers, shoe materials, leather, and nail detection types of inspections).
