Product advantages:
●This machine possesses all the functions and features of a needle detector. It is equipped with four sets of sensors in the up-down, front-back directions (arranged in an "eight" shape). By converting the original "one" shape magnetic field induction to an "eight" shape, based on the principle that the positive and negative poles of the magnetic field correspond to the forked position, it avoids the influence caused by uneven magnetic field distribution and the height difference of the detection position within the detection area. As a result, it improves the detection sensitivity and the stability of the machine, and strictly controls the quality of the inspected products.
●Most major components use imported or well-known domestic brand parts: American AD microcomputer chips, Japanese Hitachi detection cores, Taiwan Yangming photoelectric switches, Shanghai Yongli conveyor belts, Yongkun motors, Samsung V-belts, and Sierdel panel switches.
●All function keys are touch-type push switches. The digital computer controls sensitivity settings adjustable from 1 to 120 levels. An automatic counter records the number of inspected items.
●The LED display shows the exact broken needle position with 8 points. It has an infrared detection and counting function, and can record the inspection results.
●When broken needles or metal objects are detected, an audio-visual alarm is triggered, the conveyor belt automatically returns or stops, and then restarts automatically.
●It has a function to switch between thin material and thick material modes, adapting to metal detector checks for different products.
