Applicable sites:
Used to detect metal foreign bodies such as broken needles, iron filings, iron wires, blades, and metal tools mixed in all wide-width textiles and sheets such as fabrics, non-woven fabrics, embroidery products, sheets, quilts, towels, bath towels, carpets, handicrafts, cardboard, and wood panels.
Functional characteristics :
■ Digital patent technology, Japanese watch circuit;
■ Anti-interference computer chip integrated circuit, dual-channel sensor, equivalent to and better than the traditional double probe needle detector;
■ All function keys are touch key switches, with high and low sensitivity of 120 levels of adjustment function;
■ The 12-point position shows the exact location of the broken needle; it has a counting function to distinguish between good and bad products;
■ The alarm function is sound, LED light indication, automatic rollback/shutdown three;
■ Special protection circuit: automatic shutdown after 10 minutes without being inspected; function setting is completed after opening the main power supply and before starting the motor;
■ It has the function of switching between A mode (standard sensitivity) and B mode (uniform mode) to adapt to different product detection operations;
■ When the broken needle and iron objects are detected, the alarm mode of sound and light will be activated, and the machine will stop and go back to the starting point, and then run automatically again;
■ With high sensitivity, when the detection height of the dragon gate is 10cm, small iron chips with a diameter of 0.8mm can be detected, and the nine-point test method does not miss detection.
