Functional Characteristics:
■ The entire frame is made of steel, with a beautifully painted surface. The entire machine has strong steel structure, which is impact-resistant and suitable for use on existing production lines without occupying additional passageways.

■ All the function keys are of touch-sensitive film switches, which avoids the drawback of mechanical keys being prone to damage.
■ It has a position display function, which enables the precise display of the broken needle position at eight specific points (with an optional printer function module available).
■ It has a counting function, distinguishing between good products and defective products (qualified, total count, detected).
■ The alarm function includes three modes: sound, light and shutdown. The sensitivity can be adjusted in a decimal scale from 10 to 100.
■ Special protection circuit: The machine will automatically stop running if no object is detected for ten minutes.
■ It has the function of switching between B/C (auxiliary materials/finished products) modes, which is suitable for inspecting different products.
■ When a broken needle or a metallic object is detected, both sound and light alarm methods will be triggered. The machine will stop, return to the starting point, and then automatically resume operation.
■ High sensitivity. When the detection range is 12 cm, it can detect tiny iron filings with a diameter of 0.8 mm. The nine-point testing method ensures no missed detections.
