●The dual-channel signal detection circuit combination technology is adopted, featuring high sensitivity and strong anti-interference capability.
●It is designed with all-digital DSP programming, featuring both Chinese and English menus and a liquid crystal touchscreen control panel.
●Signal processing is automatically calculated by digital chips, enabling rapid automatic learning to obtain the optimal detection phase. It can store and memorize 100 types of products, offering stability and reliability.
●It has an automatic learning function based on product effects. For example, products containing sugar and foods with salt content, such as meat products, will generate signals similar to those of metals when passed through the metal detector. This effect can affect the detection results. This function can automatically reduce the product effect to achieve the best results.
●The entire machine frame is made of 304 stainless steel using laser cutting and welding technology as well as sandblasting process. It is equipped with food-grade white PVC or PU belts, Japanese brand bearings and 5mm thick 304 seamless steel tube rollers with a diameter of Ф60mm. It also uses Japanese Mitsubishi synchronous belts and Taiwan Zhongda brand motors.
●Detection alarm method: Buzzer alarm/shutdown, with excellent anti-vibration capability. Collisions and impacts will not trigger false alarms.
